• 7:30 PM - Guided tour of the slate quarry
• Aperitif among the rocks with live saxophone by Roberto Rossi
• Dinner under the stars with a tasting of fish-based dishes (or meat menu upon request)

Tasting menu:

Appetizers: Our raw fish (mini fish tartare with Santa Margherita prawns), Mussels marinara style
First courses: Taglierini with fish sauce, Pansotti with walnut sauce
Second course: Fried fish from our gulf
Dessert: Tiramisu, Cream
