The hermits

Alberto is sparkling creativity.
At a certain point in his life he felt the need to truly get in touch with well-being.
From there he began a wonderful journey that still continues between meditation courses and various personal growth projects.
And it is along these paths that he learns about and receives treatments with ancient healing tools, such as singing bowls, gongs, and the practice of Reiki.
She immediately felt the strength and well-being that these practices bring in their simplicity and fell in love with them.
Through his teachers he understands that these are jobs he is suited to and so he decides to integrate them into his life as splendid travel and work companions.

Camilla is a yoga and meditation teacher. She grew up immersed in the yogic spirit; her mother, Loredana, has been a yoga teacher for over forty years. Her spirit of exploration drove her, after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture in Genoa, to leave her ordinary life to embark on a path of renunciation and inner exploration. She traveled for eight years, visiting, staying, and studying in various ashrams and monasteries in Europe, Sri Lanka, and India. She completed her training at Yoga Vidya in Germany, living there for a year and also becoming a yoga therapist.
She firmly believes that these disciplines, once absorbed and integrated into daily life, have the power to transform personal reality, giving joy, concentration, and happiness.
And so she makes available all the teachings that have been given to her here at Yogacara.
