- 10:00 Yoga and sound bath with Camilla and Alberto
- 11:45 Sacred dances in a circle with Maria Teresa
- 12:45 Bring-and-share vegetarian lunch
- 2.00pm Yoga Nidra with Maria Rosa
- 3:00 PM Self-healing as an act of awareness with Ludovico / Animated readings for children with Chiara
- 4:00 PM Yoga with Mimma / Kids' Yoga with Camilla
There is also a swap market with craft stalls.
All activities are free.
