Places where the undergrowth becomes thick and cell phone signal begins to drop. They require careful driving on narrow roads, which is rewarded with refreshing isolation.

WORK IN PROGRESS~
This house is on the edge of a chestnut forest, about 700 meters from the nearest neighbor.
Your space is on the first floor of the house. You reach it from a wooden terrace overlooking the large, fenced garden with outdoor seating.
Inside you'll find a living room with a kitchenette and mini-fridge, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds with the option of adding a third.
Breakfast is continental (mainly sweet: croissants, yogurt, juice, bread, honey produced 200 m away), served in the garden if the weather permits.

How to arrive
By car:
The last kilometer in particular is a very Ligurian road, paved but narrow, with the typical system that's a bit common : if you come across a car (unlikely anyway), look for the nearest open space to pass both of you, within ten meters at most.
(I explain this for the people rooted in the plains).By bike: preferably one with pedal assistance; otherwise, I can pick you up at the bottom of the hill (1.2 km), but I don't have space to carry bikes (which can be left with trusted neighbors).
If you come up on a classic bike, you will have my admiration and envy for your state of health.
On foot: if you know in advance, I can pick you up at the Portello Pass—or suggest possible detours to get here directly via secondary paths.-
