Ancient stone mountain pasture restored by Livia and Giuseppe at 850 meters above sea level, in the hamlet of Roccatagliata di Neirone. Three bedrooms (roots, herbs, and the loft), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a games room with billiards and ping pong, and a greenhouse with a wood-burning stove. How to arrive
Dear Guest, the roads in the Ligurian hinterland are very winding and narrow, especially the last 10 km to Case Poggio, where you will be staying. Below you will find helpful directions. From Genoa: Take the Genova Est exit and follow the Bisagno stream towards Piacenza on the SS45 until you reach the roundabout in Bargagli. From there you have two options: 1. Turn right towards Chiavari, through the Ferriere Tunnel, and take the SP225 Valfontanabuona to Gattorna. At the fork, turn left towards Neirone. Follow the SP21 to Roccatagliata. After 1.5 km on the SP21, at the fork, turn right towards Poggio/Aia di Zanello. You will also see signs for "Case Poggio". After another 900 meters, you will reach us, and we look forward to welcoming you. 2. At the roundabout in Bargagli, continue on the SS45 towards Piacenza until the turnoff for Buffalora (approx. 12 km). Follow the "SP Franco Rolandi" for approx. 1.5 km until the turnoff for Neirone. Continue on the SP21, passing the Passo del Portello viewpoint (approx. 3 km) and the villages of Giassina, Canivelli, and Pozzetto, until you reach the left turn with two signs for "Case Poggio." After another 900 meters, you will reach your destination. Due to landslide repairs, there are currently two road closures in this last section, but you can still pass through them
House rules
The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. To avoid unnecessary waiting times, please let us know your arrival time. If your navigation system indicates you are still 30 minutes away, please send us a brief message. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
-After prior reservation and for a fee of 35 euros per hour, you can bathe in the Swedish whirlpool at sunset. Maximum 4 people.
Pets are not allowed.
It is mandatory to remove your shoes to access the upper floors.
It is important to keep mosquito nets and glass doors closed to prevent insects from entering.
